What’s new

Website Crawling and Indexing

Connect your website or knowledge hub directly to your AI Assistant. It will automatically scan, read, and index your web pages, turning your content into real-time, searchable knowledge for smarter, brand-accurate answers. From product guides to FAQs, your AI assistant stays instantly up to date.

What happen if I'm constantly adding new information into my website? You just need to "Re-index", option available under each page indexed.

The "Add Knowledge" modal is open with the "Website" tab selected. Users can enter a website URL to crawl and index its subpages. Options are shown to include or exclude specific URL paths, helping to control the crawl scope. At the bottom, there’s a blue "Add Website" button.

Supporting multiple clients or businesses? Now you can manage multiple organizations from a single platform, with:

  • Custom AI assistants tailored for each client or brand
  • Individual roles, usage, and billing management per organization
  • A unified inbox to view and handle all conversations without tab-switching or lost messages
  • Seamless human-AI collaboration with on-demand takeover and handover

Our AI assistants handle routine queries fast while seamlessly handing over complex or sensitive conversations to human agents, complete with context, chat history, and customer insights. This ensures your customers get the right support, fast and empathetic.
